ABOUT JONAN PILET
Jonan Pilet is a writer residing in Upstate New York. By day he is a journalist for Food Safety News. By night he is a fiction writer. He has had short stories published with Allegory Ridge, Funicular Magazine, Inverted Syntax, Open Minds Quarterly, Thrice Fiction, TulipTree Press, Running Wild Press, and more. His debut collection of short stories was published with Bound to Brew, June 1st, 2021.

On the weekends Jonan goes on hikes with his soon-to-be wife and aging Siberian Husky — cheers on his Seattle Seahawks — and reads his favorite authors.

Jonan has called many places home — Ulaanbaatar, Chiang Mai, Seattle, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Upstate New York, and Oxford — and they all have a bit of his heart.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in writing at Houghton College in New York. He also studied writing at the University of Oxford and received a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing at Seattle Pacific University.
